Cambios y devoluciones.
Dispones de 14 días naturales para realizar la devolución desde la fecha de recepción de tu compra. Los productos deben estar sin abrir en su embalaje original y conservarse en perfecto estado.
Para realizar la devolución sigue los siguientes pasos:
Envía un email a hola@horalocastore.com para solicitar la devolución del pedido indicando el motivo de devolución y te indicaremos cómo enviar tu pedido de vuelta a nuestro centro logístico.
Cuando recibamos el paquete y comprobemos que está en buenas condiciones, reintegraremos el importe con la misma forma de pago con la que hayas realizado tu pedido.
El importe se verá reflejado en tu cuenta en un plazo máximo de 14 días naturales, a partir del momento en el que hayas recibido el email de confirmación de devolución y dependiendo de las condiciones de cada banco.
Te recordamos que los costes del envío de los productos devueltos corren a cargo del cliente, salvo si la devolución se produce por defectos en la mercancía o por recibir un producto erróneo.
